This fudge recipe is an old family tradition, my mother getting from her mother and passing it down to me.
Fudge is an all-time favorite food in my family, with two heirloom recipes. I will share the other one come time. This is my maternal grandmother's recipe.
Quick Fudge
yield: 8x8 pan
32 oz confectioners sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
12 tbsp butter
4 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine sugar, butter, cocoa and milk in pan on low heat and stir until blended and smooth. Add vanilla, and pour into greased 8x8 pan. Chill and enjoy!
